The Common Thread Between School and the Workplace

Having been working with schools in Singapore for more than a decade, I’ve always been fascinated by the school system.

Many have argued that it is the schools that killed creativity.

But is that true?

As a parent, I get upset when my child’s creative acts were dumb-down by his teachers.

As a consultant for schools, I am filled with excitement and passion to help educators think strategically.

But this is something I’ve not drawn the parallel to: school and workplace.
