Make use of data
As entrepreneurs, we are constantly swimming in a sea of ideas.
Having ideas is one thing. Being able to execute it effectively is another.
I would even argue that before we start executing on any ideas, we have to validate them.
Validation includes looking at data on demand, competition, and positioning.
Without data, you will be flying blind.
And that’s really dangerous, especially in the current context.
